We had a wonderful meal at Mino's! Everything was truly excellent, made with local products from Sète, and it really showed in the food. The service was also perfect: the waitress was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. We had a great time from beginning to end. A fantastic place in Sète that we highly recommend!

Excellent dinner! The sirloin steak was grilled to perfection. The tiramisu and profiteroles were delicious. I highly recommend it.

This was my second time in Sète, and my second time at Mino's. The welcome was very warm and professional. The restaurant is clean, uncluttered, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. As for the food, I have no complaints: the meat was tender and perfectly cooked, the homemade fries were excellent, and the small salad was simple but satisfying. Special mention also goes to the gourmet coffee, which was very generous and truly delicious. However, one thing disappointed me this time: the sauce charge. Before serving the meat, you are offered a choice of sauces from several options, but each sauce costs €2 per plate. If there are five of you, that adds up to an extra €10 just for the sauces, which can quickly inflate the bill. While this charge is intentional, I think it's a shame that the additional cost isn't clearly stated when you order. And if, on the other hand, it's a billing error, it's even more problematic: if you don't carefully check your bill, as I did, you could end up paying extra without realizing it. It's a real shame, because up until now I had a very good impression of this restaurant. We had even planned to go back tomorrow evening, but in the end, we'll try another restaurant. Overall, a very positive experience, but be sure to check your bill before leaving.
