We used to come here often but it has changed a lot, mussels 3/4 not open the spices have changed a lot, we said it nicely, but not even a small commercial gesture to apologize, too bad we really liked this place, we will not come back.

Long tables with benches. If only two of you go, they'll quickly put four more next to you. Fast but good food!! Mussels, fries, and basic salads!! Everything is delicious!!

This place seems to be an institution if you want to eat grilled mussels or sardines. An authentic place with large tables, a bit like a chalet or fisherman's hut, for added conviviality, in a wooden space with a very pleasant high ceiling. The kitchens are open to the dining room, so you can watch the chefs working the ingredients on their griddles!
The service is dynamic and fast-paced, but as a result, a little less friendly with the customers. This in no way detracted from the enjoyment of the meal, which was very good!

The mussels and prawns were delicious. The service was also very attentive. The kitchen sometimes seemed a bit slow to keep up.
If you're in the area, you should go. You can't reserve a table, but you can have an aperitif while you wait. There were two of us, and we waited 20 minutes.

Our experience at Chez Minus was simply incredible. The food was delicious, everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Although we had to wait in line for a while after arriving at 1:00 PM, the service was so good that it was totally worth it.
I want to give a special mention to Jeanne, the waitress who served us exceptionally well: warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Thanks to her, the visit was even more special.
A highly recommended place in Hossegor!
