Nice place, but the menu isn't very varied, and there are lots of young people working there...don't go there for a wide selection.

Very nice and friendly with its large tables. I like the concept. It's a shame the fries weren't homemade; I got the impression there were enough staff to easily make fresh potatoes, which are much better, but not Agata fries, please! 😄

This restaurant was a welcome treat after our morning dive to -40m! Simple but authentic cuisine, generous portions, and a friendly welcome and service. Very affordable prices. I highly recommend it!

We ate at Chef Minus today and the experience was very positive. What we'd highlight most, aside from the food, is its very reasonable price for the area, which is much appreciated in such a touristy setting. We ordered the typical mussels with fries and they were quite good. The mussels were fresh and the portions generous. As a minor point of constructive criticism, we felt the mussel sauce was a bit too spicy (perhaps a touch of curry), which somewhat masked the natural flavor of the mussels. The drinks were also a bit overpriced. Overall, a great, honest, and affordable option for a good meal overlooking the port. We would definitely go back!

01/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, clean, and quiet. The bedding was perfect. The room with a balcony overlooking the port was very pleasant. There was a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
25/05/2026: Passing through Capbreton, we spent a few days at this hotel. There was only one room left, so we booked a family room for €177. Firstly, we could have benefited from a discount since there were two of us and the room was actually two separate rooms. We didn't use the second room. Then, we were informed that the room didn't have air conditioning, but that the ocean air would cool us down in the evening. Not at all! It was stiflingly hot in the room until 2 a.m.! Not even a fan! We finally fell asleep around 2 a.m.! It's a shame because the hotel is quite pleasant, the rooms are clean and well laid out with comfortable beds. But a room without air conditioning for €177 is far too expensive.
