Top-notch couscous. Definitely the best in Paris. The portions are generous, the vegetables and semolina, as well as the meat, are fresh, and the value for money is unbeatable. A superb place to know about, and even more so during the winter months. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch yesterday, michoui and couscous, and being Moroccan, it was one of the best michoui I've ever eaten, the meat was very tender and excellent!

At Omar's, it's always a pleasure, a journey, a convivial experience. The homemade merguez sausages are a delight, the lamb mechoui a treat, the same recipe for over 40 years. Omar's couscous is a crowd-pleaser among Americans, Russians, Middle Easterners, and North Africans. It's also a favorite in the fashion world, especially at fashion week events. The line starts on the sidewalk.

25/08/2026: The crash kebab was pretty good, but frankly, the portion was tiny. At €10 a dish, it wasn't good value for money. The music was good, though.
