We ordered takeaway pizzas today. When we arrived to pick them up, without even asking, our pizzas were "checked," and the server offered to remake them because, according to him, they were overcooked. We found this very kind, as we hadn't asked for anything and wouldn't have said anything. We waited about ten minutes, and when they handed us the pizzas, they offered us a 10% discount for the wait. Since we had already paid, they ended up giving us a free drink. We found the service so pleasant, with a genuine desire to put customer satisfaction at the heart of their priorities! Thank you to the whole team! As a bonus, we thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. We had requested a modification to one of the pizzas due to an allergy, and this was perfectly accommodated.
