Chez Petit-Jean sur Paris

Excellent restaurant, reasonable prices for foreign food. The dishes are excellent and high quality, authentic Japanese cuisine, perfectly prepared.

It was excellent! A perfectly sized portion for one person, exceptional taste, and fast service. The place is a bit noisy, but the atmosphere is still pleasant.

As simple as it is excellent. The Tops Back when my offices were in the Marais, I stumbled onto this little authentic spot in the Marché des Enfants Rouges in the dead of winter — and the food and service warmed me up fast. The Tan Tan here is unlike anything I've found elsewhere: the rice and meat are perfectly tender, cooked exactly right. No frills, no theatrics — just simple street-food-style cooking done properly. The Meh Nothing to flag. Small, unpretentious, and it delivers exactly what it promises. The People A tiny, authentic operation that clearly knows its craft. Scores Food: excellent Service: warm, fitting for the setting Ambiance: simple, market-stall energy Would return? Yes — a must for simple street cuisine done right.

Excellent Japanese food, especially the karaage bento, and good service

For me the food was a little heavy or oily, the vegetable sides could have been a bit more different, they both taste basically the same. I can see how others would enjoy it though. The portion is large and generous, it is freshly made. The service is good and attentive. The hojicha is delicious

Great restaurant, I highly recommend it to Japanese food lovers. The fried tofu was a huge hit, and a special shout-out to the waiter who works alone but manages like a pro!

Unexpected Gem!!! Considering the space but quite big offer from sushi and noodles I didnt expect it to be that great! They working fast and the food is just fun! Its not made to just look good its made to taste good ! Thank you very much!!

My absolute favorite spot in Paris.. perfectly casual setting with spectacular dishes! I’m so sad they’re closed till the end of August if I had known, I would’ve gone every day at the beginning of my trip!! Insanely good it’s become an addiction!

Had a very enjoyable lunch, the Karaage bento box was a must try!!

Cozy corner of the market. Great service and delicious fresh fish. Just what I needed.
