I don't recommend this restaurant. It boasts of being exceptional, but in reality, the food is disappointing. The flavors, textures, and ingredients don't work together. The lobster, fish, and vegetables are practically raw. But health regulations exist for a reason. There are risks. The servers are pleasant and polite. That's the only positive point. The prices are high, but the taste and quality aren't there.

A truly innovative cuisine, the result of personal and consistent choices, served in a setting that is as unlikely and unexpected as it is charming and meticulously detailed. There is some room for improvement in terms of service and communication between the dining room and the kitchen.

By far the best dinner I've had in Normandy: the ambiance, the setting, the music, the service, the food, the wine list, and the extraordinary selection of wines by the glass—everything was near perfection. It's exactly the restaurant I wish I had near my home. Well done.

There were five of us, and we chose to have lunch on the terrace with its magnificent view of the bay. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations that have enhanced the Roger of yesteryear without losing its soul. The new chef delighted us with combinations of fresh, seasonal ingredients, each more delicious than the last. The service was provided by Raphaël, who was as friendly and energetic as ever. We followed Emma's advice on the wines, and she gave us excellent recommendations. She has a perfect knowledge of her wine list and passionately shares the gems she has discovered from incredible winemakers. In short, we will be back very soon.
