Dined on the plaza. Had the meatballs which were excellent. Friendly and attentive service.

Passing through Perpignan, we were looking for a small, family-run restaurant, and this place had it all: friendly service, quality food, and fresh ingredients. A great little spot for relaxation. 👍

My wife and I had dinner at Chez Sébastien and we were very impressed. The place is very nice and quiet, the food is very good. I had a pizza and it was very good, and my wife had a spinach lasagna which was also very good. The portions are quite large, so you don't leave hungry. We loved it and we recommend it 100%.
