Impeccable from beginning to end! A very pleasant surprise to discover.

A very warm welcome. Pleasant setting. Impeccable service. We discovered this place for a birthday. The €43 menu was very comprehensive, starting with the traditional garbure soup. Then came a duo of foie gras (one plain and one pan-seared) and another of calf's head ravigote and pig's trotter (generously served). Next, tournedos of beef (a large, very tender cut) with sautéed potatoes, a duo of scallops, and grilled sea bass fillet with baby vegetables (also generously served). Dessert was crème brûlée and Dame Blanche. The dishes were all very good and served in generous portions. It was truly a very positive discovery in every sense of the word.

This is a must-see restaurant when you're in Dax. Everything is great. A large, sunny outdoor terrace, a friendly welcome, impeccable service (no long waits between courses), a very well-presented €43 menu (hearty and very fine foie gras, whole duck breast, homemade desserts), and dogs are welcome! Truly perfect, we'll definitely be back!

Excellent meals served by friendly and helpful staff. The takeaway dishes are generous and delicious. We've been there twice and recommended this restaurant to friends who came back very satisfied. Bravo.

The pinnacle of excellent traditional Landes cuisine, a delight!!!! The owner can sometimes be harsh at the beginning of the service, which doesn't necessarily create a good atmosphere at the table, even if we warn our guests. But I recommend this restaurant, which is only open for lunch.
