Modern decor, everything is new in this restaurant in the small village of Vaïssac. Still run by the Terrassier family. Cuisine: average, nothing more. Fast service. Friendly staff. And a good idea from Mr Terrassier: a long series of swallows' nests were built under the overhang of one of his roofs and even if they are a little messy he preferred to keep them. It's a lovely sight to see them twirl around to feed their little ones... thank you
