I ordered takeout and ate in. For over two years, I've tried several dishes, and they're always fresh and delicious. They're truly homemade (sorry to those used to industrial spring rolls or all-you-can-eat restaurants). And yes, the 10% discount is for takeout orders (like in almost all Chinese restaurants, so it's not surprising, especially since everything is well-packaged). Mr. Thuong is a character; if you don't like genuine people and are easily offended, that's no reason to say his food is bad, which is completely untrue.
