The oldest Chinese restaurant in Paris and still the best. Exceptional Peking duck. Attentive service in a very beautiful setting. Excellent and surprising desserts like hot and cold. Nice wine list.

To eat Peking duck, it's "the place to be"! The service is top notch, we explain everything you are going to eat and how to eat it. Excellence has a cost and it is a unique experience. Not necessarily suitable for young children because it is a gourmet restaurant, we go there by metro, we arrive directly at Les Halles and it allows us to have a drink or two in peace.

I ate there a week ago, unexpectedly, there were two of us and we had the Chef's specialty, his two-course Peking duck. The smile instantly came from the first bite. It’s revealing, a magnificent crispy skin, well caramelized, a delicious lacquering, which flatters the palate. A texture of juicy flesh, we are at a real gastronomic level. Obviously the best Peking duck in the capital, and certainly beyond its borders. I only dream of one thing, and that is to relive this moment. Thank you for your welcome, and I wish future visitors a great experience like the one I had.

I’m from Manhattan, and this is literally the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The chef is a master. The staff is attentive and sweet. The prices are reasonable.

A rather mixed experience because although the cuisine is good and the quantities appreciable, the prices seem excessive to me considering my taste experience. A rather spectacular and rather pleasant decorum but a heavy service because one has the impression of omnipresence and constant glances. I'm not excited...

Un joli cadre certes. Mais vraiment nous n avons pas retrouvé les saveurs du canard laqué pékinois que nous connaissonsde Chine. Si la peau était savoureuse, la viande baignait dans un jus plein d eau sans épices. La sauce dans laquelle on devait tremper les crêpes est un mélange de "Tang frères " et n à rien de maison. Point de bouillon. Grosse déception pour un prix exorbitant. Service trop présent. On se sent surveillé.

Tao Asian Fusion

12/12/2024: An excellent Asian restaurant located in Châtelet. The service is very fast, and the clearing is sometimes a little too much, dishes not even finished are offered to be removed. Some servers are very nice. To enter the restaurant, you have to go through an enclosed smoking terrace. What makes the smell of cold cigarettes permeate the indoor room in winter, it's a shame
12/12/2024: It was a delicious and friendly place! I ordered the Mango Samourai Roll and the Mi-Cuit Salmon Tataki. The Mango Samourai was a nice mix of mango and salmon that I found very good. The tataki was standard salmon sashimi I would say, even coated in sauce the main element we taste is the salmon haha. The presentation of both was magnificent though. Personally I find the prices to be affordable. The atmosphere was super nice. It was a nice clean and maintained restaurant. The waitresses were great. I liked it. I will go back for the sushi 😁
