I've been eating at Vong's since 1984. By far the best Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at. Mr. Vong's meticulousness and Mrs. Vong's kindness make it a benchmark.

This place is a true hidden gem. Just a 15-minute walk from my home, I felt like I'd traveled, as if I'd just landed in a new city after a 15-hour flight. The Peking duck there is simply the best I've tasted in Paris. Everything was impeccable: the food, the service, the atmosphere… every detail was perfect. This isn't an everyday spot, but rather a place to reserve for a special occasion, or when you're craving a getaway.

After the closure of the best Peking duck restaurant in the 15th arrondissement 15 years ago, this is now the best Peking duck in Paris. I don't understand the hype surrounding other trendy restaurants that aren't at this level. But then again, we know the influence of social media.

17/08/2026: Returning to this establishment after a 22-year absence, it's a great pleasure to find that the quality and consistency are still there! The welcome was extremely friendly and warm from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed their excellent beef fondue. The value for money is very good. We highly recommend this restaurant for all its fondue specialties. A sure bet that we'll return to without hesitation! M review G
