This place is a true hidden gem. Just a 15-minute walk from my home, I felt like I'd traveled, as if I'd just landed in a new city after a 15-hour flight. The Peking duck there is simply the best I've tasted in Paris. Everything was impeccable: the food, the service, the atmosphere… every detail was perfect. This isn't an everyday spot, but rather a place to reserve for a special occasion, or when you're craving a getaway.

After the closure of the best Peking duck restaurant in the 15th arrondissement 15 years ago, this is now the best Peking duck in Paris. I don't understand the hype surrounding other trendy restaurants that aren't at this level. But then again, we know the influence of social media.

We had a wonderful culinary experience. The Peking duck was the highlight. The staff were very professional and pleasant, offering helpful advice to anyone who asked. The dining room itself is a journey in itself. The calm, the elegance of the place, and the cozy atmosphere... perfect! The steamed ravioli were perfect 😍. We'll definitely be back! Thank you 🙏

If you want to eat exceptional Chinese food at affordable prices, super cozy and calm atmosphere, very little light, service not very smiley and a little slow, maybe because it was January 1st.

At Vong, the first impression is that you've stepped into another time and place. Like entering the opening scene of Peaky Blinders. Then the service is incredibly warm 🥰 Then the menu is truly enticing and the dishes are absolutely delicious 🤤 I loved the steamed dumplings and the taro dessert with coconut milk 😋

One of the most incredible settings, sumptuous and rich in detail! A place imbued with soul and symbolism. At Vong, every corner tells a story, every detail carries meaning. The thousand-armed statue watches over the room and invites contemplation, a space of spirituality and serenity. ✨ Much more than just a setting: a total immersion. The Szechuan beef is perfectly spiced, fragrant, and robust, and the Cantonese rice, served in a hollowed-out pineapple half, is light and the perfect accompaniment! The service is lovely and very quick. I highly recommend it and I will be back!

01/02/2026: Small restaurant with a selection of (among other) Thai dishes. Beef, chicken, pork, and fish. Service was friendly, food was good. Portions were generous, but perhaps a bit too expensive.
20/01/2026: Definitely must go to eat cheap in Paris, while feeling like mama’s cooking, they will heat ur food but what do u expect? The food obviously cool down, once is outside, as buffet places. Highly recommended, the two owners look lovely and sweet. We ate well, rice and pork was really good and also others specialties. Highly recommended:) We spent 12€ each btw;))) with water and coke zero. Also many vegetarian options.

23/04/2026: This all-you-can-eat hotpot in Paris was such a pleasant surprise. For around €30 per person, the value is honestly amazing. We thought we could easily do several rounds, but by the second round we were already completely full. We chose the dry pot with shrimp, and it was super flavorful. The fried shrimp was crispy and really good too. There were also lots of side dishes to choose from, including things like fried pork cutlet and fried rice, which made the buffet feel even more worth it. The ingredients tasted fresh and definitely not like frozen food. I was also surprised that the sauce station had free braised chicken feet, which was a nice bonus. The price is already very reasonable, and during certain hours there are extra discounts, so you can eat here for just over €20. A great spot if you want affordable and filling hotpot in Paris.
23/04/2026: Really good value for an all-you-can-eat hotpot in Paris. The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. Everything tasted fresh, and there were plenty of options beyond the hotpot itself. The dry pot was delicious and the shrimp was especially tasty. I also liked that the buffet included extra items like fried snacks and rice, so there was a lot to choose from. We expected to eat much more, but got full surprisingly fast. Another nice surprise was the free side items at the sauce bar. With their discount hours, the meal can be even cheaper, which makes this place feel like a great deal overall. Definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a satisfying hotpot buffet in Paris.
