Chez Yang sur Nogent-Sur-Seine

The owner runs it all by herself, okay. She prefers takeout orders to table service, I think for management reasons. We tried the table service, and the food was very good! The atmosphere was nice at first, but then the phone orders started piling up. Just as we were paying, she was more sighing than anything else. I'm giving it 4 stars.

I find it impressive and amazing that this woman does everything herself. I called to order and picked it up 30 minutes later without any problems, and it didn't take much longer than in a traditional restaurant. Thank you!

We ordered sushi and spring rolls, very good, nothing to say, and homemade too 👍 we had miso soup as well as cabbage and shrimp chips, I usually don't eat soup because I don't like it and there, pleasantly surprised, it was delicious. We will definitely recommend 👌

Very small restaurant. The owner was apparently alone, but she managed everything. Our food was delicious and the price was reasonable.
