03/08/2026: A magical place where you feel right at home. The food is incredible and the service is impeccable! They were incredibly attentive and even accommodated my gluten intolerance, even though we hadn't made a reservation. So, kudos to the chef and his team, to the woman who tends the vegetable garden and ensures such high-quality cuisine, and kudos to the baker because the sourdough bread is simply divine and so rare in restaurants. And finally, thank you to the owner who makes it all possible! If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate, and you might even want to make a special trip! Thank you 🙏

22/07/2026: Excellent place, very friendly staff and the food is delicious, I highly recommend it. We came a few years ago, yesterday we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The bistro was still just as good, even extraordinary, absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff, front of house and kitchen. When you eat here, it's like you're on vacation, and the Kir cocktails are delicious; they remind me of my grandfather's! Happy retirement to the chef, and we hope to see you again with the same wonderful atmosphere under the new owner.

03/08/2026: August 3, 2026 Restaurant Le Moine Gourmand is a truly delightful surprise. I take my hat off to the owner who manages everything, from the kitchen to the dining room, with real skill. The dishes are excellent, the desserts are well-made, and all at a very reasonable price. You can feel the hard work and the desire to do things well, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Troyes; it's a simple, efficient, and welcoming place.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was very good and catered to the dietary needs of our guests. A great place to remember.
