Chez Yang sur Nogent-Sur-Seine

Visited by chance last night. Yes, I was quite hungry and possibly slightly delirious but, the sweet and sour chicken was superb. Better than I have had in London, Hong Kong or Beijing. Excellent rice, just sticky enough. Nice staff. I’d certainly recommend.

What a wonderful discovery this little restaurant in Nogent is! The owner runs it all herself, so there's a bit of a wait for service, but it's absolutely worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! I highly recommend this restaurant! :)

A wonderful discovery! A truly delightful find! 😊 The restaurant is clean, pleasant, and the welcome is genuinely warm. The manager, who runs the restaurant single-handedly, is kind and very attentive. With the heat, fans are provided to keep you comfortable, and we were kindly offered chips while waiting for our food. You just need to be a little patient, as she manages everything on her own. The dishes arrive gradually, but this didn't bother us at all: everything is prepared and served as you go. And above all, the food is absolutely delicious! The portions are very generous for truly reasonable prices. You can tell the dishes are prepared with care, served on beautiful tableware. The manager also offered us doggy bags so we could take home the leftovers, which we greatly appreciated. A little gem that truly deserves to be known. A lovely welcome, delicious dishes, generous portions, and very affordable prices. We will definitely be back!

Very good Chinese food, and the sushi and maquis are quite good. Impeccable service. The lady is very kind, although the wait was a little long. Excellent value for money.
