The best Thai restaurant in Paris! I highly recommend Chiang Mai Rai! The food is delicious and made with very fresh ingredients! The portions are very generous. I had crab fried rice and it was amazing! The manager is very lovely and attentive! I'll be back! :)

Fantastic restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the welcome was friendly and very warm, we highly recommend it! We had a wonderful evening! And what's more, they have a set menu (main course and dessert) even on Saturday nights for €25, with plenty of choice!!

The dishes are very good, cooked with taste and faithful to what you can taste in Thailand. We were very well received and advised on our choices by Liz. There are vegetarian options and they are very good! I had the Thai basil tofu, super good. The traditional desserts (mango sticky rice, durian sticky rice) are exceptional. The welcome is great, the atmosphere is calm and soothing. This restaurant is a real asset in the neighborhood. Can't wait to go back!

Did I just stumble on one of the best Thai restaurants in Paris? Did I just eat one of the best whole fishes of my life? These are the questions I’m left with after walking out of Chiang Rai Mai. There’s this dish I love at a spot in NYC called Pla La Rad: fried fish, no bones, sweet-and-sour sauce. What I had here came close, but with its own twist. If you’re in the area, check it out. The menu’s expansive and the fish I choose was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The service was top-tier from the origami napkins to the hospitality. 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be back.

18/12/2024: one of my favorite Thai restaurants, very good value for money, a very warm welcome. I recommend their beef loc lac which is a Vietnamese dish but they do it better than in Vietnamese restaurants. The flan is also very good. I was satisfied with all the dishes I was able to taste!
