We had a wonderful evening in Chicahualco. Chef Mercedes Ahumalda offers us a fabulous journey to discover the flavors of her country, with real attention to detail and products. Thank you to her for these delicious and refined dishes and for taking the time to explain to us the origin and production of these different dishes.

Culinary journey through Mexico. Refined cuisine with the taste of Chef Mercedes' childhood. The experience was very successful. Thanks to Mercedes for the time she gave us and all her explanations. We will definitely come back.

A gourmet Mexican restaurant to absolutely discover: * the dishes are excellent, in addition to being seasonal and the portions generous, * the prices are very reasonable, * impeccable service and very pleasant staff, * we were able to chat with the chef, which is a plus.

Delicious ! A superb culinary experience!

We went to taste the menu experience and although it may initially seem like an "expensive" restaurant, I assure you it is not. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the dishes exemplify high Mexican gastronomy. The food is delicious, authentic, and on par with any good restaurant in Mexico, truly deserving of a fine dining label. We will definitely be returning. Special mention to the aguachile tatemado.

Cette cuisine mexicaine est bien différente de ce à quoi on s'attend . C'est vraiment original . Certains plats sont un peu roboratifs , mais l'ensemble est bon et soigné . Bon service sachant expliquer .

Très belle adresse pour déguster des plats typiques du Mexique. C'est vraiment bien présenté, on voit que c'est de la cuisine préparée avec de bon produits frais et fait maison. Le menu reste abordable en terme de tarif. L' accueil est vraiment sympathique. Très belle adresse.

Cuisine raffinée avec des mets exotiques bien présentés qui surprennent vos papilles. Excellente découverte. La facture est élevée mais certainement justifiée. Salutations à Mercedes qui n'hésite pas à s'attarder aux tables pour expliquer sa cuisine.

Beau voyage culinaire digne d’un étoilé
