Chicahualco left an unbeatable impression on me. From the first bite, you can tell that the dishes are made with love and deep respect for traditional recipes. Each flavor is authentic and seems to transport you directly to Mexico, with fresh ingredients and combinations that highlight the best of Mexican cuisine. The service was another highlight of the experience: attentive, friendly and efficient, the staff make you feel welcome at all times. It is an ideal place both for those looking for a genuine connection with Mexican flavors and for those who want to enjoy a well-cared for meal in every sense. Definitely a restaurant to recommend and one I hope to return to soon.

Excellente cuisine créative et authentique. Ceux qui veulent vivre dans les clichés sombreros, couleurs, tex-mex passeront leur chemin. Ici on mange de la vraie cuisine mexicaine où on sent tout l'amour et la passion de Mercedes Ahumada pour ses origines et son pays. Je ne connais pas d'autre restaurant de ce type à Paris.

Cette cuisine mexicaine est bien différente de ce à quoi on s'attend . C'est vraiment original . Certains plats sont un peu roboratifs , mais l'ensemble est bon et soigné . Bon service sachant expliquer .
