Chicahualco sur Paris

I came to Chicahualco for dinner for my birthday and it was a perfect experience! The welcome was very warm, and each dish was explained before ordering if needed. Both the food and the cocktails were delicious, with very subtle flavors. I was delighted to begin exploring this cuisine.

Amazing cocktails! Original and expertly prepared dishes, refined and traditional Mexican cuisine. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but we were a large table.

Exquisite cuisine with unique flavors reminiscent of Argentina. Superb decor and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Chef Mercedes Ahumada truly deserves to be better known and rewarded for this wonderful introduction to Mexican cuisine!

Authentic Mexican cuisine A large mole and excellent cocktails

A superb experience. The tasting menu offers five truly excellent courses, and the explanations provided by the servers really made the experience more enjoyable! The restaurant is very pleasant and has a warm, family atmosphere. We were served with such comforting kindness. Thank you for this meal and this evening. We absolutely recommend it!
