Chicken Nur sur Orleans

I've been here several times and the food is good. However, I've noticed that the homemade tartar sauce seems to be offered only to certain regular customers. I asked for it, but was told they were out. Yet, right after me, another customer received it. I find this really unfortunate. All customers should be treated the same.

Good place, good food, service a bit rushed from some people but still good. A word of caution for those who can't handle spices like me: it's not mentioned because it might seem mild to some, but the tenders and wengs are slightly spicy; in the end, I couldn't eat them 😐

I ordered via click and collect, but the order wasn't even processed or received, so it was completely useless. Otherwise, it was fine.

The best for spicy wings. Perfectly cooked, crispy, elegant and well-cooked wings. Reasonable price for a set menu, fast service. The only thing I think could be improved is that the fries are often not very hot. The chicken is always hot when they give it to you to go and you start eating 10 minutes later. I've only ever eaten the wings there, never tried anything else on the menu except the tenders, which are also pretty good. In short, a real banger, it's efficient. I've eaten there at least 20 times... I've been in Orléans for a year now. Every time I'm in town, Chicken Nur is part of my trip.

The new red-haired receptionist is very unfriendly and unwelcoming, no smiles, nothing to make her want to come over. Mr. Mourad, your employees need to be told to be more businesslike. I've been a customer since 2005, and she gives extra cans of soda to her friends, which isn't good for the bottom line.

The guy at the counter was great, the tacos were excellent and well-filled, the portions of fries were perfect, if I'm ever back in Orléans I'll definitely come back!

Excellent service, fast and efficient, friendly welcome, very loyal customer for a long time, never disappointed!
