We waited almost 30 minutes, and seeing the tables that arrived after we had been served, we finally went to ask what was going on. The waitress hadn't sent our order and didn't even apologize. When we expressed our disappointment, she practically laughed in our faces. Mistakes happen, but that doesn't excuse being sorry and trying to make amends.

During the long journey, nothing spilled, no boxes opened—in short, just like in the restaurant, the takeout version is perfect!
