This Sichuan food is absolutely delicious! I love it so much! 😭 The only downside is that the dishes are a bit oily and the air isn't very ventilated in the summer. Could the owner please install air conditioning?

A fantastic find! We ordered the imperial chicken and the crispy chicken with pasta on the side; it was more than enough for two people and very well cooked. The taste was excellent.

You can find such authentic and delicious Chinese food in France! Bashan Chushui did not disappoint at all. The food was very fragrant and went perfectly with rice. I felt incredibly happy after eating there. Highly recommended! I'll definitely come back next time!

01/06/2026: An excellent place to eat! The food is superb, authentic Thai (not Chinese), and the ingredients are top quality. The atmosphere is very calm, and the service is warm and efficient. The owner is very friendly but a little too intrusive if you have something to talk about!
