Wanted to eat everything on the menu. Fantastic food and atmosphere

A very welcoming restaurant, with delicious Georgian dishes (rolled eggplant, braised beef, and cheese bread) and a nice selection of amber wines. The small terrace is pleasant; it's a lovely place to relax!

The "boat" bread is amazing. The eggplant with walnuts is surprisingly delicious. Finally, the beef skewers are impressively intense. A great place!

Favourite Georgian restaurant in Paris

Colchide is a bit off the beaten path compared to other restaurants in Montmartre. It's also one of the most authentic, serving very home-style Georgian cuisine. The Tchachouchouli was very good and very healthy, ideal for dinner. The Atcharouli is more suited to those with a larger appetite. Colchide also naturally serves qvervi wine, quite amber in color, as the grapes macerate with their skins.

Worth discovering. A cuisine I wasn't familiar with... but one that deserves to be discovered.
