After a stroll in Collioure I bought some anchovy fillets in oil ready to eat, I made a pissaladière with them, a delight, I had never made it so well, I am going to order more because now I swear by this brand.

A charming, slightly old-fashioned shop, but with all the best regional products, especially the anchovies, which are as delicious as ever and generally reasonably priced for this level of quality. The welcome is particularly friendly, and you can always sample the anchovies on the first floor. A sure bet.
