A place out of time, preserved in its original state, but staffed by connoisseurs, knowledgeable people with genuine expertise. Everyone is welcoming, smiling, and generous with advice... I highly recommend it.

Collioure is known for its anchovies, so I decided to visit this artisanal shop to try them. And the anchovies were absolutely delicious; you can really tell they're a high-quality, handcrafted product. I also bought whitebait, and they were just as good. The shopkeeper's service was excellent; he even spoke to us in Catalan and explained everything very kindly.
