The visit is a formality and not worth the detour (it's no longer the original factory, more of a showroom, but someone does shell the salted anchovies and you can taste them). The shop downstairs is well-stocked and the welcome from the family is pleasant.

The best pickled anchovies in the whole world! I prefer to pick up the large 1000ml jar myself when I'm on holiday in Coulioure; if I can't manage that, I ask friends passing through to bring one back for me. I can't do without it! What a wonderful company, hats off to you 😍

18/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance while desperately searching for a place that could accommodate eight people for lunch. The servers were very friendly, the table service was relatively quick, and there wasn't too much of a wait for the children – it was fantastic. We'll definitely be back. The tapas are delicious!
