I came to do my shopping without a cart, just with bags, because I thought I'd only be buying a few items. I ended up with very heavy bags at the checkout. A big thank you to the security guard who helped me by taking my bags and giving me a cart. Thank you, sir. It's very pleasant to deal with such professional and dedicated people. Every time I've come, this person has been exceptionally polite and professional, even when telling you the registers are about to close and to finish your shopping, which unfortunately isn't the case with all security guards. Furthermore, the staff in the aisles I encountered and asked for information were very pleasant and didn't have the attitude, gestures, or look of "oh dear, this customer is bothering me and annoying me." So I recommend this store and will continue to do my shopping at the Leclerc in Plan de Campagne.

Hello, on Tuesday the 12th, I came to do my shopping and upon returning to my vehicle, I was surprised to find that it had been hit on the rear left. A piece of paper had been slipped under my windshield wiper by one of your security guards, containing the license plate number and a note from the hit-and-run driver, also left by another security guard. A rather burly security guard with a mustache caught up with me and explained that he had witnessed the hit-and-run from a distance but hadn't been able to catch the vehicle. He gave me the make and license plate number of the vehicle. Thanks to his intervention, I was able to file an insurance claim. I can't thank this guard enough for his competence and professionalism. You can be proud to have such valuable personnel. P.S.: I offered him money as a thank you, which he categorically refused, explaining that it was his job and that he was already paid for it. Well done to him, and thank you again.

The checkout lines are inconvenient because the first aisles are too close together. Some fairly standard products are missing. The large alcohol section, located first, hinders efficiency. Very noisy.
