Columbus Café & Co Serris Val D'Europe sur Serris

The photos on Google are really beautiful, but the reality wasn't exactly like that. I had breakfast there, it was a very hot day, but there weren't any cold drinks. The sandwich wasn't so good and the place was a bit dirty. I didn't feel comfortable there.

Thanks to Camelia, who was amazing as always, and to Nghendis for the warm welcome and fantastic team – I highly recommend them!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was my first time there and I was frankly very happy.

The state of the toilets at 10 a.m.….

I've been to this Columbus three or four times already, and the menu is nice. Recently, the glass at the entrance was broken, which makes it look a bit neglected. I find the prices high; I don't know if it's the same everywhere in this chain. Today I ordered a matcha and was served a chai latte. I pointed out the mistake, and after a discussion I couldn't hear, they told me they were out of matcha and offered me another drink instead… Is that true, or just a way to avoid making a new drink? I'll never know. But at €6.20 for a matcha (or chai latte), it's disappointing not to be offered a refund. I left with the chai because mistakes happen, but I was disappointed. I won't be back for a while, until I've had time to get over the €6.20 matcha latte 😅

Friendly welcome. Unfortunately, the muffin was dry and the inside was stale. It's not what it used to be, which is a shame.

Popped in for pre Disney breakfast snacks. Plenty of fresh pasties to choose from and lovely coffee. Noticed lots of tasty looking baguettes too so a good place for a wee lunch snack.

I went to Columbus today (Saturday, January 10th) and had a wonderful time, especially thanks to Camélia, Ngendis, and Ilian who were working there. They were very friendly baristas who did a great job. (The drinks were delicious 🥰) Thanks again to them, they brightened my day 🩷
