Coquillages Du Roy Rene sur Aix-En-Provence

28/02/2026: We've been to Brasserie du Parc twice recently. The food is good, with excellent value for money. The welcome is pleasant and polite, which is worth mentioning. The only downside concerns the service. On our first visit, we pointed out to the manager a rather long wait time and a few hiccups: coffee spilled in our dessert and coffee ordered but ultimately not served. It was very busy that day, which is understandable, and we remain lenient on this point. This week, on our second visit, the same thing happened: a 30-minute wait after ordering before we had to ask again. The dishes then arrived quickly. However, once we'd finished our meal, it was impossible to get their attention to order coffee or dessert. So we decided to leave it at that. Far from being gratuitous criticism, as the establishment has real qualities, it would simply be appreciated if an effort were made on the follow-up in the dining room in order to achieve a flawless experience.
