The semolina was light and perfectly prepared, the meats tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the sauce… simply exceptional: rich, fragrant, balanced, with a deep and delicate broth that enhanced each ingredient. The pastries provided a magnificent finale to the meal: refined, delicate, not too sweet, and of exceptional quality, they demonstrated a true attention to detail and a commitment to excellence right down to dessert.
