This is my favorite place in La Défense for a quick break, with a good generous sandwich, a panini or a mixed salad, good desserts... there is a choice, the place is comfortable if you want settle down, and the family who welcomes you - and their team - are absolutely charming, which is rare these days! All at a low price... I recommend 300%, thank you for the welcome! :-)

Passing through the defense for a week, what a hassle to find a place at a reasonable price where you can sit down and eat healthily... It's a done deal! Unbeatable value for money (menus starting at €9.90 and you come out with a full stomach)! Soups and other homemade products (some vegetables come directly from the managers' garden), a super efficient and super friendly team (from the chef to the waiters to the lady at the cash register)! It became my HQ for the whole week! A big thank you for your smiles, your flexibility (when we come in large numbers and want to eat there), and your delicious meals! It’s so rare that it deserves to be highlighted! The team this afternoon (thanks for the little pastries that made our 4 hours.
