Really nice diner at Côté Cuisine, by Chefs Stéphane and Laetitia Cosnier : no "big wow", no fancy bluster, but a quiet and calm coherent delivery on each course, with consistence : everything is humble but with chiseled tastes : stoved foie gras on Coco de Paimpol beans and full bodied jus, or a smooth roasted peach with roquette ice cream. There is defintely depth in savours. Humility and meaning. Product centered

Laëtitia and Stéphane offer a very warm welcome. The dining room is pleasant and bright, with understated decor. The cuisine reflects the chefs' style: delicate and refined. Local produce is showcased beautifully.

This is an outstanding restaurant, Laetitia managed front of house wonderfully, although clearly busy she was attentive and very approachable. The food was simply wonderful, very creative and good value for money. I would recommend the experience whole heartedly.

A very fine restaurant, with a few details to refine. The highlights: On the plate: The chef offers magnificent presentations. The dishes are very graphic and, above all, the flavors are present and perfectly balanced. A true hallmark of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service: The front-of-house team is remarkable. The service is both discreet and extremely attentive, making for a very pleasant experience. The drawbacks: The choice of ingredients: For an establishment of this caliber, we would have appreciated slightly more premium ingredients on the menu (the main course was rabbit, which lacked a bit of flair for a Michelin-starred restaurant). The arrival experience: The initial welcome is a little confusing. There is no one dedicated to greeting you at the entrance, and you find yourself in an empty lobby. You have to venture through a second door, without any signage, to find the staff. A few signs or a human presence at the entrance would make the experience perfect from the very first moment. In summary: Excellent cuisine and attentive service, but the overall experience could be improved in terms of the welcome and the prestige of certain ingredients.

A wonderful discovery! Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. The ingredients were high-quality and beautifully prepared. The service was impeccable, and the explanations of the dishes were very clear. A must-try if you're in Carnac! 😊
