A truly wonderful discovery! Caviar crab or seared langoustines for starters, and a unique twist on the tuna with pan-seared foie gras, or the veal with oysters – very original combinations! Bold and exquisite.
The chocolate or pear dessert was excellent, the service impeccable and professional. We highly recommend this restaurant; it's a truly great find at a very reasonable price.

Excellent! The dishes were very well prepared and delicious: the cooking, seasoning, and side dishes were all perfect. Special mention goes to the spiced lacquered duck, which was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The wine list was also very good. The service was very pleasant. We will gladly return on our next visit to Carnac. Thank you!

Really nice diner at Côté Cuisine, by Chefs Stéphane and Laetitia Cosnier : no "big wow", no fancy bluster, but a quiet and calm coherent delivery on each course, with consistence : everything is humble but with chiseled tastes : stoved foie gras on Coco de Paimpol beans and full bodied jus, or a smooth roasted peach with roquette ice cream.
There is defintely depth in savours. Humility and meaning. Product centered
