Chalosse beef (I can't even describe how tender it was!)
A Mille-Feuille or Star-Shaped Dessert (you decide after you've tasted it!)
The perfect accompaniment to an Irouleguy red wine from Brana.
A delightful experience at this gourmet restaurant, where we will definitely return soon.

On our first visit, I found one of the three waitresses arrogant, but the other two were very friendly and competent. The food was excellent. A week later, we returned to the restaurant, and everything was excellent again. The value for money is very good. We visited Le Quillier several times in 2024 and 2025 and were very satisfied.

My husband invited me for my birthday in early June. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu; all the dishes were made fresh in the kitchen and were delicious. The veranda is lovely, and the staff is professional and friendly. We will definitely return. The prices are reasonable.
We highly recommend it.

The setting is nice.
Very welcoming.
However, the food doesn't live up to the welcome and the ambiance.
Admittedly, we opted for the €25 set menu, but it was barely acceptable. The starter and main course were uninteresting, the dessert was good.
(Excellent wheelchair access)
