A wonderful experience at Le Quillier We had dinner last night at Le Quillier in Magescq, and what a delightful discovery! For my starter, I chose the prawn ravioli: a perfectly executed ravioli, wonderfully creamy, accompanied by a prawn head bisque that beautifully complemented the seared prawns. A true delight! For my main course, the lobster ravioli with pan-seared foie gras and spinach, served with its lobster bisque, was simply exceptional. The spinach added a lovely touch that perfectly enhanced the lobster, while the bisque paired wonderfully with the spinach and foie gras. An absolutely perfect surf-and-turf balance. And to finish, the dark chocolate ice cream, with that touch of fleur de sel that I imagine was present, was simply marvelous. But what also made our evening truly special was the service: highly professional, with excellent advice, particularly on choosing the perfect wines to accompany the dishes. The smiles, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire team made us feel right at home, almost like we were with family. Refined, generous, and perfectly executed cuisine, accompanied by warm and attentive service. A truly wonderful experience that we wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Excellent place! We had lunch at Le Quillier in July 2026 and had a very pleasant time. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the staff friendly. We were even treated to a birthday candle! 🥰 The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the care put into the cooking, with perfectly balanced flavors. The atmosphere was convivial, and the setting was very pleasant. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

A huge disappointment with the new owners. The daily vegetable was bland and tasteless, the fish was okay. I was very disappointed by the lemon tart. You can tell it's a new place and the bank loan is impacting their food budget.
