Excellent dining experience! We showed up on a Monday evening, without reservation and as part of a business trip. We were warmly welcomed by the staff of the establishment. The setting is very pleasant and the dinner was just as pleasant. The service was fast. The plus: the choice of meat knives with a description of the type of wood that makes up the handle of each of them, made by a local craftsman. I highly recommend ! +++

A cozy and warm place. The service is professional without being stuffy, the cuisine is precise, balanced and highlights quality products. The only question is the absence of appetizers while we keep gastro markers such as puff pastries and sweets. Small but well structured wine list, there is something for all tastes. I appreciated the absence of very expensive great wines, it is appreciable, and it would be a bias which in my opinion would not fit with the philosophy of the house. Finally, the value for money is there, I just would have liked my beef palette to be slightly more generous. I recommend 100%. I didn't know, my wife did and we'll come back to it. See you soon !

We had a lovely romantic moment over a delicious meal. Marie Charlotte and her room team are really pleasant from start to finish, a very professional service. As for chef Florian's cuisine, what more can we say other than that we enjoyed his ephemeral menu, the fish was perfectly seasoned and well prepared. An address that I recommend to enjoy with simplicity.

Really worth a detour... in an enchanted, Provencal building with a loving ambience. A wonderful, exquisite, valuable cuisine that pampers the palate of even gourmets. Very stylish with very moderate prices for the wines and menus. Starting at 32€ / seasonal menu 48€ 4 courses at star level (BIP Gourmand Michelin) charming young boss with expertise. We'll definitely come back! As campers with a motorhome, we were able to spend the night in pure idyll within walking distance of the cemetery (400 mtr).

Very nice discovery, half an hour from Bagnols-sur-Cèze. It is a roadside house where upon entering you discover a magnificent garden with very successful night lighting. The olive trees are highlighted, a fountain provides the background sound, no doubt, we are in the south as promised by the name of the restaurant. The welcome is attentive, the room is very pleasant, the decor warm and comforting. At the table, there is space around us. This is part of the overall impression of quality. On the plate, the pleasure of the eyes is combined each time with the variety and precision of tastes. I was able to satisfy my vegetarian taste buds, which is already a feat. The fish is cold water cod, very good. My husband tasted the free-range pork and enjoyed it. He had to choose his knife from around ten unique handcrafted pieces. This little ceremony is very pleasant and new for us. Everything is tasty from the appetizer to the dessert and for coffee lovers, the menu meets expectations... no false notes. The value for money is unbeatable: refined appetizers, starter, main course, original and good cheeses, seasonal dessert and final treats! On this occasion I ate the best panacotta of my life. Finally, reservations are essential because the number of tables is limited. Great taste experience! Note that this restaurant is open Sunday lunch and dinner as well as Monday lunch and dinner... which is rare in restaurants and very appreciable (closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Don't hesitate if you are looking for a refined but affordable culinary experience.
