Another visit to Courtepaille and still just as charmed. The staff are super professional, yet so human. They're incredibly attentive, always have a kind word or a thoughtful touch. Don't change a thing, we'll be back as soon as possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed dining at this Courte Paille restaurant three nights in a row. As always, the food at this chain combines quality and variety with generous and beautifully presented dishes. We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. They clearly know their region well and offer excellent advice, worthy of a tour guide. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

It's such a pleasure to experience this kind of hospitality! 😊 And the food is a real treat! Everything is 100% homemade, with generous, flavorful dishes prepared with care. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and, above all, the joy of cooking well. ❤️ Another big plus is their takeaway menu. It's an excellent way to enjoy their cuisine even at home, without ever feeling like you're eating the same thing over and over. The restaurant itself is also very pleasant, attractive, welcoming, and warm, with a lovely exterior that makes you want to linger over a delicious meal. A must-try in Auch, whether for a meal with family, friends, or simply to treat yourself. A fantastic welcome, homemade food, delicious dishes, and a lovely setting... Well done to the whole team at Le Verdun, and please don't change a thing! I'll definitely be back! ❤️

23/08/2026: A very warm welcome, an expert and very pleasant evening waitress, two beers at the bar as an aperitif, a romantic dinner for two in the dining room, generous and delicious main courses, and good desserts. I recommend it for its excellent value for money.
14/08/2026: Excellent place! The dishes are beautifully presented, the ingredients are high quality, and the portions are generous. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the side dish was delicious. The service was pleasant, and the atmosphere was friendly. I highly recommend it.
