On a pilgrimage to the city of andouille sausage, we had dinner at the Crêperie de Rohan. Even the name has a certain ring to it; you won't find the Fellowship of the Ring there, but rather Aurélie and her warm hospitality. The decor is understated yet chic. The welcome was perfect; we were able to chat and joke about Breton cuisine. I recommend the Colpo cider on tap, which temporarily made me forget my love for dry cider. The crêpes are very generously filled, and the andouille sausage is from Rivalan Quidu. And I thank Aurélie, if I'm not mistaken, for introducing us to the simple yet memorable flavor of the battered sausage. Thank you for sharing, and we will certainly be back to enjoy your crêpes. We had a wonderful time as a family at this crêperie; the crêpes were delicious and very generous. The service was incredibly warm and friendly, and the smiles made everyone feel welcome. Their flexibility when taking orders was also noteworthy.
