An exceptional meal! We had a delightful time at Fleur d’Aubépine. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented: creative desserts with floral touches, fresh and colorful appetizers, and subtle flavors that delighted the palate. A magnificent discovery in a superb village. We enjoyed a five-course menu with suggested wine pairings. Everything was delicious, with perfectly balanced herbs and aromatic flowers and irresistible Asian flavors. The wines served were truly in harmony with the flavors. Special mention goes to the sweet potato and konbawa purée – pure marvel! The chef and waitress are incredibly attentive and responsive. Honestly, it's worth the detour; it's excellent. The dishes were fresh and original, featuring local and seasonal ingredients. The taste and presentation were also excellent. "Succulent" is an adjective I rarely use, but it's perfectly apt here. The service was impeccable. It might sound strange, but I also greatly appreciated the use of cloth napkins; it enhances the experience even further and is much more eco-friendly and pleasant. It's a shame we live in Alsace and can't come once a month, just the two of us (without the children, as they are unfortunately too picky to accept eating or tasting the food). It's worth noting that the value for money is excellent (the market menu is €28; we paid €34.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert three days earlier at another restaurant a few kilometers away, with truly mediocre quality, a far cry from what La Fleur d'Aubépine offers).

Gilles is a true enthusiast who knows how to bring out the best in good ingredients, and Agnès's welcome is always so warm, friendly, and attentive.
