The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented: creative desserts with floral touches, fresh and colorful appetizers, and subtle flavors that delighted the palate. A wonderful surprise for my 30th birthday. The setting is magnificent, the chef's cuisine is refined, sophisticated yet simple, using fresh, seasonal produce and prioritizing local sourcing. The five-course tasting menu was a delightful surprise, with each course offering a unique experience. And to top it all off, the owners showed me a thoughtful touch for my 30th birthday with a warm welcome and a dessert specially created for the occasion, complete with candles. I highly recommend it, and the town itself is very charming.

A very good Valentine's Day meal. Unfortunately, the main course (crispy monkfish) was far too salty (which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars) and the service was too slow (2 hours). The waitress's presentation of the dishes was excellent, however. We'll return under different circumstances.
