Great boutique hotel, very friendly staff.

This was our second time staying at Hotel 3 Vallees, it was every bit as welcoming and accommodating as our first stay. Excellent location, phenomenal staff, sumptuous restaurant, cozy bar...what else could you want.

New visit to this hotel. Very attentive and considerate staff. Good quality/price ratio for Val Thorens. Our wishes for a quiet room were taken into account. We're going back next year

Sebastian and all the team made this lovely hotel a fantastic 5* stay. We were a group of 3 couples, one with a 9 month old baby travelling for their first family holiday. The hotel and restaurant team could not do enough to support everyone during the week. Providing a much needed late evening arrival meal, guidance with lift passes, fantastic cocktails from the bar and a great choice in the restaurant to suit all dietary requirements each evening.

We spent a very pleasant week with my daughter in this hotel. The hotel is small, intimate and cozy. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very warm. Ours offered a magnificent mountain view. The sauna, Hammam and Jacuzzi are impeccably clean and easy to operate and well thought out for the size of the hotel. The staff is discreet, efficient and super helpful. Finally, the location is ideal, opposite the most useful shops but quiet, ski in/ski out 100 meters max. In short, this hotel only offers advantages from my point of view for a very comfortable stay, close to everything and quiet.

Overall good. Breakfast excellent. Lounge for post ski unwind was excellent but quickly fills up after 5. View from room was EXCEPTIONAL and we loved watching the snow ploughs work their magic in the dark. Restaurant was excellent for dinner - tempura prawns particularly good. Ski boot room with heaters at reception was great. Staff were excellent and friendly other than one interaction. Drawbacks Expensive for an average 4 star hotel. Don’t stay in room 102 as Wi-Fi is horrible and it is noisy from footsteps above and is right next for the spa. The ski lockers are down below reception and accessed via an outdoor set of stairs. It is quite perilous in ski boots. We went down in regular shoes, brought up our gear to the racks outside reception and then changed into our boots. Not a big deal really but I’d expect more for the price and 4*. Don’t expect much from the spa. Nice facilities but it is cramped and is only open from 330pm to 9pm (I think) and you can only stay 45 minutes and it can only accommodate 5 people at once. A daily sign up sheet is at reception from 8am and you sign up first come first served. With me and 2 young daughters we never wanted to share a small space with 2 strangers so we didn’t use it at all. Hotel provided robes and slippers (nice touch), but the robes were MASSIVE and the slippers TINY. I guess only large people with small feet use the hotel. Quite odd really. Safe in cupboard is small. My iPad mini fit in with some manoeuvring but regular iPads and laptops don’t fit. Only gripe during our stay was an old water bottle with disintegrated seal which we found in a cupboard. The front desk staff rather than apologise and replace said “oh that hasn’t been used for 5 years and is only in the room for decorative effect” …..right!!! A bright orange rubber tiny hot water bottle is in the back of a cupboard for decorative effect.

Prefect hotel with nicely decorated rooms. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Excellent stay in 3 Vallées. New rooms, staff always available to support you with a smile, great jacuzzi to enjoy after a ski day and wonderful breakfast. I truly recommend.

We stayed here for a week as a family of 4 and it was fantastic. Excellent location and facilities, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful - especially Sebastian who is an outstanding host. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice and both times the food and service were excellent. We would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic stay for family ski trip. 99% ski in/out although you do need to take a red trail back so keep in mind if you are a beginner. Great breakfast buffet. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner but seems like a great place too.
