Crepes Et Delice sur Saint-Maur-Des-Fosses

3 stars because I'm being nice. I ate inside, but the place was extremely noisy. The savory crepe was more or less okay, but not hot enough because the service wasn't keeping up. Plus, the crepes were rectangular to fit on the rectangular plates—weird. The sweet crepe wasn't cooked enough, but it's often only cooked on one side. But overall, it was still edible. The shocking thing was the bar. I was nearby, and the bartender was preparing drinks and didn't have an ice scoop. She was opening the drawer and taking the ice cubes out with her fingers??? That's awful... sorry... surely a scoop exists.

I'm from Brittany. Where I come from, it's no secret that crêpes are an art form! Well, at Crêpes et Délices, crêpes are art. They come in all sorts of variations, made with fresh ingredients and under the expert hand of the chef. The service is impeccable. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. The Dolorosa is sweet. And the neighborhood is quite quiet :)

A real gem in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. We often walk past it without really knowing what lies behind… and what a delightful surprise! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth. In the kitchen, delicious homemade dishes awaited us: baby vegetables with goat's cream, flavorful buckwheat crêpes… a true delight. The small garden is a haven of peace, a ray of sunshine seemingly untouched by time. You can feel the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, run by wonderful people. Even the other customers seem to smile at you. The prices are very reasonable, and the bill remains light for such a pleasant and convivial experience. A precious place to discover in Saint-Maur. We can already picture ourselves in winter, by the fireplace glimpsed in the dining room…

Absolutely delicious crepes beautifully presented in wonderful surroundings. Nicely decorated - guitar, chess board, paintings, quirky objects here and there. We sat in a lovely sunny courtyard at the back. But above all it's about the food. We had both gallette and crepes and both were amazing! We will be back!

A very warm welcome, top-notch service, delicious crepes, and the fact that you can see the crepe maker is fantastic. We'll definitely be back, but we'll make a reservation.
