The station is conveniently located close to the metro stations for access to a lot of places. The staff are available to help anytime, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. Our room has a really nice view of the city; however, we had to switch rooms because water was leaking from the corner between the floor & the wall in the WC.

I love the service you provide. Most comfortable check-in ever 💗 Stuff is very helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and stylish. And the bed is delight. 🥰 Sleeping here is like sleeping on a cloud 🩵😊 We’re very happy to stay here. This hotel is now in my top 3 of Paris hotels. Thank you for your great work 🫶🏻

The hotel is very nice, rooms are very comfortable. In the hotel restaurant the servers Saifou and Fatou were very kind and friendly. Super sweet. Would come again!!

Excellent breakfast buffet — and that’s saying a lot coming from a vegetarian, given how limited vegetarian options can often be. The service was equally impressive, with quick seating and prompt assistance throughout the experience.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse and had an overall great experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located near the metro and train station, making it incredibly easy to access Paris’ major attractions and navigate the city. The room was modest in size, but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were also able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The only challenge during our stay was the room temperature. We visited during an unusually hot week in Paris, and it was difficult to get our room cool enough to be comfortable. We contacted the hotel several times seeking assistance. What truly made the difference was Fernando. He took ownership of the situation, listened to our concerns, and worked diligently to accommodate our request. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction completely changed our experience. Because exceptional service matters, I’m giving this hotel 5 stars. Thank you, Fernando, for going above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable.

Had a really good breakfast. There were lot of options of food. Our waiters Shagor and Charles were prompt and courteous.

Joseé and Ange took great care of me and never let a minute go by that I wasn’t attended to! I highly recommend coming here for breakfast. Top tier service and good food!

I asked for a fan for my room due to the poor air conditioning, and I finally got one delivered after 6 requests!!!! However, the staff was always very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good. Nice staff. Shagor LT Subash was very pleasant, attentive bot not over bearing. Very nice young man. Overall, a very good visit, especially to the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very well located with spacious rooms. There was a great variety of breakfast options. The staff at Ireka and Barza were incredibly professional and friendly. They made me feel right at home.

Everyone is so nice and I have really enjoyed my stay here! Easy to get around and everyone is really very pleasant! The ice cream was a double bonus…🥰
