Crescendo restaurant sur Aire-Sur-L'Adour

Hello, the food was excellent, no complaints there. The staff were also very friendly. However, I find it unacceptable that management holds staff meetings in the middle of service and in the cafeteria. It's a blatant lack of competence. Meetings should take place in an office, not in public. This prevents anyone from speaking freely.

Evening meal: Classic hamburger. Very friendly staff. We have always been well received.

Last time we ordered the Crechendo menu, we were charged per item, which came to €90 for 5 items – thieves!

I'm leaving my previous review below. What a disappointment... The hygiene was appalling (they picked up food from the floor without gloves and then served the dishes) and what can I say about the food 🤢 (undercooked mussels, undercooked fries, overcooked steak). It lacked everything (quality, hygiene, friendliness). The manager (assistant manager) is all talk and no action and leaves his staff to fend for themselves. In short, what used to be a delight is now a nightmare. My previous review (4 years ago): Arrived skeptical and left delighted... The dishes, appetizers, main courses, and desserts are varied and very generous. From the staff to the cooks and the head waitress... they are all smiling, helpful, and polite. In short, a great find.
