I really like your restaurant, but the cashier who served me on August 2nd around 8 pm wasn't very friendly. I wanted to use my loyalty card, and she told me to wait, and then finally said it was too late. So what's the point of the card? Also, the house wine is often out of stock, as are the carafes themselves.
All these things might make me switch restaurants.

The food and prices were very reasonable, but the best thing was the friendliness of the staff, especially the gentleman who rushed over when my daughter fell, he helped her up and remade her tray with enormous kindness, thank you again to him.

Just passing through from time to time, tonight for the all-you-can-eat mussels... Not amazing this time... They've been better... 🤷♂️
And the problem with the fried carp, still not resolved apparently... regarding sharing 😉 A shame because it's excellent 🐟👍✌️

Delicious mussels, friendly cafeteria-style restaurant. 👍🏻 The vegetables could use a little more seasoning, but otherwise everyone is friendly and the place is cozy 😉

Another excellent lunchtime at Le Crescendo in Belfort, another delicious meal enjoyed in a pleasant setting and pampered by very friendly, responsive, professional, and smiling staff, despite a very heavy workload. A big thank you to this deserving team.

We arrived at Crescendo in Belfort at 2:30 pm, when everything was closed. The manager saw our distress and spontaneously approached us, offering to make us salads so we could eat. We were very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. It's so rare these days that I think it's absolutely essential to spread the word. I highly recommend Crescendo in Belfort.
