Good evening, since I don't know how to rate it, I'll just say what I think... The staff is fantastic, both young and old. They do a great job, the presentation at the entrance makes you want to buy everything, and the food is excellent! So why only one star for the atmosphere? Because I don't know where to give zero stars for the cleanliness of the toilets. They're practically dilapidated, but this is unacceptable. And it's not a recent problem; they were already in this state last year. You can't even flush because the buttons are broken, and given the smell and the stains, I might as well use my shoe. Before last year, I hadn't been back for nine years because I'd moved, and when I came back, I thought, "This can't be happening, it's always the same!" So either you need to install security (yes, I know it's expensive, but losing customers over cleanliness is even more costly), or you need to lock the restrooms and have an employee accompany the person. I know it's difficult; I've worked in this field, and introducing new rules to employees who have ingrained habits from years ago is sometimes hard to ask for a little something extra, especially when there's already a huge workload. But believe me, restrooms in this state could stop me from coming back to eat at your restaurant, even though I love everything you do. (To show you how shocked I am by the lack of cleanliness, my daughter was shocked to see a woman begging during our meal.) Everyone has their own point of view, of course. In any case, keep up the good work! Don't change anything, well, almost nothing 😉😉

Super confusing: get some food, then pay to access other area where you also get other food. Broken mix of self service and fixed menu restaurant. Vegetables have pork. Lady told me (in french), it's not meat it's just bacon.

We had a great time at Crescendo Belfort, the homemade couscous was excellent!
