Cristal Bowling sur Wittelsheim

A lovely place, super clean and inexpensive! We went there because it was raining and had a great time ☺️ The shoes are in good condition, and the staff is friendly. I loved the music; it made me want to dance every time 😄 The Hugo Spritz was good. I recommend it.

We came as a group during the week and ordered drinks. The Cokes were flat, as if they'd been open for two days! Two people ordered mint and frenadine sodas, and frankly, you had to hunt for the syrup! The glasses were filled with ice cubes, and the service was rather careless; there was ice everywhere on the table because the drinks had overflowed! So, paying the price is fine, but for such basic and poorly served drinks, no thank you! It's a shame; we were very disappointed, especially since there weren't many people there that evening to justify such poor service.

This was our first time at Cristal Bowling, and we received a very warm welcome from Kevin 2, who was absolutely fantastic: a friendly welcome, professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to the customers. He greatly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cristal Bowling, and a huge thank you again to Kevin for his hospitality!

Great bowling alley and very friendly

A great place to have a fantastic time! Cristal Bowling in Wittelsheim is truly a must-visit for fun with friends or family. The bowling alley is very large, with tons of lanes, and the beautiful, bright screens create a modern and immersive atmosphere. As for the food, it's really excellent and allows you to fully enjoy your evening without needing to go anywhere else. There are also pool tables, arcade machines, and plenty of other ways to have fun and a great time! Special mention goes to the waitresses and waiters who are incredibly kind, smiling, welcoming, and always pleasant. It really makes a difference! A complete, modern, and friendly place that I recommend without hesitation!

The staff are very friendly, the place is warm and colorful, and the background music is lovely. I recommend it for spending a few hours having fun.

A very friendly bowling alley; I especially recommend going in the mornings during the holidays, as they have a very good deal in my opinion. Otherwise, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the equipment is high quality. I think it's one of the best bowling alleys in the area!

The bowling alley itself is okay. The staff isn't great; some didn't even smile, didn't say anything, didn't even say hello, etc. Luckily, there are some who stand out, especially Leo, the waiter who served us when we were there tonight 😉. The arcade games weren't great either; there were problems with the machines several times, including the coin machine! I had the misfortune of having a problem with the coin machine, and the response was cold, as if they were bothering me, and they just sent me to someone else because it wasn't their responsibility. Basically, one bowling night spent and 20 euros gone. Bowling is generally nice, but the staff is average and a bit pricey 🫤

Good gaming experience, a good time with the family.

Amazing place for adults and kids 🥰 We had so much fun 🥰❤️❤️❤️
