I've been to this place many times and have only been disappointed twice out of a hundred visits, probably because one of the people behind the counter was in a very bad mood that day. Also, the parking lot is far too small during peak hours. Sometimes you have to park 100 meters further down the street.

Hello... We celebrated my husband's birthday... There were about sixty of us... It was excellent and very refined... very well done... and a very pretty decoration... my guests appreciated it... Thank you... We made a good choice... it was perfect...

Déçu, c'est le seul magasin Poulaillon où il est impossible d'avoir un Bretzel clair, moelleux, ils sont toujours trop cuits, dommage qu'ils ne tiennent pas compte des differents goûts de tous les consommateurs.

First time at this bakery, even though it's not far from my work. Pleasantly surprised by the welcome, I ordered the burger meal, which was very good and very generous! I got it to go, and everything was well-wrapped to keep it warm. I'll be back and order another one 😉

Surprised by the extremely low temperature in the dining area. The air conditioning isn't set up for a comfortable dining experience. The strong drafts of cold air are unpleasant. A jacket is essential for comfort. (Note added February 27th) I also note that the temperature in the dining room is still freezing. Furthermore, it's very unpleasant that a door is left stuck open, making it even colder. Incomprehensible!

19/08/2026: A great place to have a fantastic time! Cristal Bowling in Wittelsheim is truly a must-visit for fun with friends or family. The bowling alley is very large, with tons of lanes, and the beautiful, bright screens create a modern and immersive atmosphere. As for the food, it's really excellent and allows you to fully enjoy your evening without needing to go anywhere else. There are also pool tables, arcade machines, and plenty of other ways to have fun and a great time! Special mention goes to the waitresses and waiters who are incredibly kind, smiling, welcoming, and always pleasant. It really makes a difference! A complete, modern, and friendly place that I recommend without hesitation!
