Perfect service for my dad's birthday, at home: we didn't have to worry about anything and were able to enjoy the day as a family (refrigerated boxes, pre-dressed plates, cocktail platters, and the same for the petits fours). The gluten-free menu for a person with a high intolerance was scrupulously adhered to; she had no problems whatsoever. In short: top-notch organization, flavors, originality, and refinement!
