Cuiz'in Sur Cours sur Saint-Etienne

My third cooking class with this very friendly team. Today it was "Lebanese Aeritif": some lovely, fresh discoveries for summer. A very enjoyable experience. People who love to share. I had no trouble finding a class at a time that suited me. I also loved the "100% Fish" class.

Good wines, good advice, but a lack of friendliness; I would have liked a warmer experience.
