A fantastic find! The team is truly wonderful. The noodles are excellent, with a really flavorful broth and tender, perfectly cooked beef. The portions are generous and the flavors are spot on. You can choose your chili level from 0 to 4, and you can add more chili later using the available chilies. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return on my next trip to Paris.
