The dishes are very good and generous, and although there's a bit of a wait between courses, it gives you time to appreciate the place—a small dining room for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely go back. It's best to call ahead to reserve a table.

A superb discovery. We arrived late but received a very warm welcome. The atmosphere is immersive, and the food—what can I say? The dishes and appetizers we ordered were exquisite! Can't wait to go back.

25/07/2026: Despite a bit of a wait, the meal was very good! Special mention to the spring rolls, which were incredible! I recommend it.
18/07/2026: Living in the area, I'd heard about Papi's Nems (spring rolls) but had never tried them. While passing by the Quai aux Vivres (food market), I saw they'd set up shop there (for the summer?) and decided to have dinner. I tried the pad thai, which was good, and had a mango salad for dessert. I was very disappointed by the portion sizes, considering the price, both for the pad thai and the frozen mango pieces. A shame, but I'm not sure I'll go back...

23/11/2024: Very nice restaurant. Warm and very pleasant welcome. Good and fine cuisine. Good value for money. Great discovery, I would return there during my next stays in Rochefort.

There is something for everyone From Vegan to Meat Eater Vegetables/Fish/Meat Come and taste the spicy Thai version menus Steamed Bites, Spring Rolls or Tempura Come and discover Le Royale 🥢🍚 For orders call in advance Then a little disappointed I didn't get my caramelized peanuts last time😥 Thank you 👍
