Damien Vetault sur Angers

Came unexpectedly on a Sunday morning, I was not disappointed! The chocolates are excellent and the pastries are top notch. Great welcome, I highly recommend!

Amazing cookies. And a delicious pistachio cake without forgetting the ice creams and macaroons. This is an address to keep. A very pleasant welcome, very smiling and attentive saleswoman, quality products. I am delighted and I highly recommend. Well done. It's good to have shops with so many flavors. A real pleasure. Damien Vétault is a top pastry chef. I particularly recommend its legendary lemon tart, and its ice creams, each better than the last.

Her pies are a pure delight!!! A delight, a marvel... And used to the great Parisian pastry chefs, I have tasted a lot of good tarts! You MUST try his fig tart, to try it is to adopt it, to form the big family of sweets just as sweet as they should :) if you like chocolate, don't try his ganaches and pralines, otherwise to only want these little bites of happiness 🥰🥰🥰 the lemon tart is well worth Pierre Hermé's, Paris Brest reminds me of p. Conticini (less sweet, which suits me perfectly). I'm not his family, I don't get a free cake in exchange for a good review, I'm just a big fan of mastery of techniques and accuracy of taste. So of course, it can happen that sometimes we are less impressed with certain new products, or that one of our favorite pastries is a little less successful, well, that will allow us to better appreciate the perfection of the next one ;) tastes and colors... the only "complaint", Mr. Damien, is not satisfying my cute peach tree: I MUST create MY bite of passion fruit chocolate (team mogador 😀). Last point following some opinions: personally, I don't come very often because I don't live in Angers, but I have been coming for a long time, and I have always been kindly welcomed and served. I know that times are hard, and that production costs have exploded for artisans, it's difficult to make a living from your passion in these difficult food professions 😰 so good luck, good luck, and see you very soon in store

Whether it's chocolates to offer, the Christmas log or little pleasures from time to time, it's always a pleasure to go to the store. The chocolate is incredibly fine. I highly recommend!

The pastries, made like the chocolates with quality products, are excellent. In summer, very fragrant ice creams... a delight! I recommend!!!
