14/08/2024: The store is like a dessert boutique with all the éclairs beautifully presented. Both the éclair de pistache (pistachio) and the éclair de vanille (vanilla) were delicious. The choux pastry was light and airy filled with a beautifully flavoured and balanced cream. The pistachio and vanilla fillings were authentic. The glaze and nutty garnishes enhanced the flavour and provided a needed crunchy texture elevating the desserts. There isn't indoor seating so I'd recommend either carefully taking the éclairs home or having it in a nearby garden: Jardin des Rosiers Joseph Migneret.
