A superb discovery! A small, unassuming restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. The welcome, service, and food were perfect. The dishes and appetizers we tried were excellent, and the waiter gave us great recommendations. Our only suggestion was that the dining room could be a little warmer. Thank you to the small team. 23/01/2026: I chose Menu I, which combines sushi, sashimi, and Korean grilled meat—a combination as original as it is rare. I had never seen a menu offer such a trio before. The quality of the salmon, both as sashimi and sushi, was simply exceptional: plump, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and remarkably fresh. Special mention goes to the meat marinade and the homemade hot sauce, which perfectly complemented the beef. Thank you again for this wonderful experience, and see you very soon!
